Lots of options for merging TV with Computers !

We’ve long been told that someday computers and TV sets will all be part of a single unit. Well, we’re not there yet, but sales of small devices that connect PCs and TV sets together are on the rise.
It’s worth noting that many computers have been getting smaller recently, while TV sets have been getting larger. And since so much entertainment content has become available on computers (as well as on many portable devices) connecting a smallish device to a large, wide-screen TV with a modern sound system seems like a natural.
Devices that make such a connection can be found at prices ranging from $35 for a Google Chromecast to about $117 for an Apple TV. A couple of their competitors are Roku and Amazon’s Fire TV. Several other brands can be found by doing an Internet search for “computer tv devices” or “tv streaming devices.”
The Chromecast continues to be the least expensive at $35 (even less for Amazon Prime customers) — but you can’t go by just the price. There is an amazingly wide variation among the different devices, having to do with things like the amount of RAM memory and the built-in storage space available.
